  1. MORNING PRAYER
    Morning Prayer is said in church at 7am every Monday. All most welcome.
  2. HOLY COMMUNION
    Every Wednesday at 09:30am.
  3. MOTHERS UNION
    The next meeting is on Thursday 26h January in the Parish Hall at 1:00pm. Derek Hirst will be giving a talk entitled "The Spy Princess." Not to be missed. This is open to all, so do please come along. Soup and Sandwich lunch is provided. Please telephone 01422 379071 or email buckley_p4@sky.com if you decide to attend and haven't signed the list at the back of church. This will just make sure we have sufficient food for everyone.
  4. COFFEE, CRAFT & CHAT
    The next meeting is on Wednesday 1 February at 2pm in the Parish Hall
  5. MOTHERS UNION
    Thursday 23 February will be the annual meal. We wil be going to La Cachette in Elland, meeting at 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start. The cost of a two course meal will be £17.95. If you wish to join us please put your name on the list at the back of church or email buckley_p4@sky.com. We need to know numbers by the 10th February..
  6. CONFIRMATION EXPERIENCE - TRIP TO RIPON CATHEDRAL FOR CANDLEMAS
    There will be a coach going to Ripon Cathedral on Thursday 2nd February to attend the Candlemas Service. For this service the Cathedral is lit with 5000 candles. All are welcome to join us. Just put your name on the list at back of church. The service starts at 7:30pm but we will need to be there before 7pm. Coach will depart at 4:30pm.
  7. ORGAN FUNDRAISING
    We need to raise £14,000 to repair the organ. To fundraise we are asking people to sponsor an organ pipe for a donation of £5. A certificate will be given for each pipe sponsored. Can you sponsor a pipe?
  8. SOCIAL WALKING GROUP
    Cross Hills Walking Group meets 1st Monday in the month.
  9. FOOD DROP IN
    The updates on the notice board under FOOD DROP IN will let you know which items you are invited to contribute to the big box under the table near the church door. The box is taken down to Ebenezer every Saturday morning. Volunteers to take the box in to Ebenezer would be welcome. (they’re open at 9:00am).
